Your name, number and photos: what is done with them

What is received
The site has no forms, no accounts and no analytics. Personal data reaches the business only when you choose to send it:
- By phone: your number, your name if you give it, the address of the job and what has happened.
- By WhatsApp: the same, plus any photos and location pins you send.
- By email: your address and whatever the message contains.
- At the job: proof that you are entitled to the property, car or safe is looked at; a copy is kept only if needed to show why a door was opened.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To answer you, quote and carry out the job you ask for: steps at your request before a contract and the performance of that contract (GDPR art. 6.1.b).
- To issue invoices and keep the accounts: legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
- To check you are entitled to have something opened, and keep a record of it: legitimate interest in not opening a door for the wrong person (art. 6.1.f).
No data is used for advertising, sold, or used to make automated decisions about you.
How long it is kept
- Messages and photos about a job: until the job is finished and paid, and then up to one year in case of a query or claim.
- Invoices and accounting records: the periods set by tax and commercial law (generally six years).
- Enquiries that did not become a job: deleted within three months.
Who else handles it
- Website hosting (Cloudflare, Inc.): serves the pages and, like any web server, processes technical connection data such as IP addresses to deliver them and to protect the site.
- Messaging (WhatsApp, a Meta company), if you write that way.
- Email provider of the business, for messages sent by email.
- The tax authority, accountant or courts, only where the law requires it.
The site loads no fonts, scripts or images from Google or any other third party: everything is served from the site itself. Some of the providers above are based in the United States. Transfers to them rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, to restrict or object to its use, and for a copy in a portable format, by writing to info@locksmithjavea.es. You will be answered within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

Datos que se reciben
El sitio no tiene formularios, cuentas de usuario ni analítica. Los datos personales llegan al negocio solo cuando usted decide enviarlos:
- Por teléfono: su número, su nombre si lo da, la dirección del trabajo y lo ocurrido.
- Por WhatsApp: lo mismo, además de las fotos y ubicaciones que envíe.
- Por correo electrónico: su dirección y el contenido del mensaje.
- En el servicio: se comprueba el documento que acredita su derecho sobre el inmueble, vehículo o caja fuerte; solo se guarda copia si es necesaria para justificar la apertura.
Finalidad y base jurídica
- Atenderle, presupuestar y realizar el trabajo que solicita: aplicación de medidas precontractuales a petición del interesado y ejecución del contrato (art. 6.1.b RGPD).
- Emitir facturas y llevar la contabilidad: cumplimiento de obligaciones legales (art. 6.1.c RGPD).
- Comprobar que tiene derecho a la apertura y dejar constancia: interés legítimo en no abrir a quien no debe (art. 6.1.f RGPD).
Los datos no se usan con fines publicitarios, no se ceden a cambio de nada ni se toman decisiones automatizadas.
Plazos de conservación
- Mensajes y fotos de un trabajo: hasta terminarlo y cobrarlo y, después, hasta un año por si hay consultas o reclamaciones.
- Facturas y registros contables: los plazos que fijan la normativa tributaria y mercantil (con carácter general, seis años).
- Consultas que no llegan a trabajo: se borran en un plazo de tres meses.
Destinatarios
- Alojamiento web (Cloudflare, Inc.): sirve las páginas y, como cualquier servidor web, trata datos técnicos de conexión, como la dirección IP, para entregarlas y proteger el sitio.
- Mensajería (WhatsApp, empresa del grupo Meta), si escribe por esa vía.
- Proveedor de correo electrónico del negocio, para los mensajes por correo.
- Administración tributaria, asesoría o tribunales, solo cuando lo exija la ley.
El sitio no carga fuentes, scripts ni imágenes de Google ni de ningún otro tercero: todo se sirve desde el propio sitio. Algunos de los proveedores citados tienen sede en Estados Unidos. Las transferencias se amparan en el Marco de Privacidad de Datos UE-EE. UU. cuando el proveedor está certificado, o en las cláusulas contractuales tipo de la Comisión Europea.
Derechos
Puede solicitar el acceso a sus datos, su rectificación o supresión, la limitación u oposición a su tratamiento y su portabilidad escribiendo a info@locksmithjavea.es. Recibirá respuesta en el plazo de un mes. Si no queda conforme, puede reclamar ante la Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
